Throughout your celebration, guests can watch the painting come to life, adding a unique and memorable form of entertainment to your wedding. After the event, I continue refining every detail in my studio to ensure your finished artwork is a beautiful heirloom you'll treasure for a lifetime.

Live Wedding Packages
Prices are based off 2 people only. Additional subjects are charged at 20% of the base price
Graphite Pencil Packages

Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance, along with any agreed travel or accommodation costs, is due two weeks before your wedding day. Payment plans are available. Please get in touch to discuss the options available.
Additional Subjects
My standard live wedding painting package includes the couple as the main subjects, together with your chosen background and key surroundings. If you would like additional guests, family members, pets, or specific details included within the painting, this can be arranged. Additional subjects are charged at 20% of the base package price per person, with the final cost depending on the number of subjects and the level of detail required.
Travel & Accommodation
I am based in Basildon, Essex, and travel within 15 miles is included in the package price.
For weddings beyond this distance, travel will be charged at 45p per mile. Where accommodation is required due to travel distance or an early start time, this will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.
To ensure every couple receives the highest level of service and attention, I limit the distance I travel for weddings. However, if you're planning a wedding outside my usual coverage area and would love me to be part of your special day, I'd be delighted to hear from you. Please get in touch to discuss your plans, and I'll do my best to accommodate your location where possible.
Delivery of Your Painting
Once completed, your painting can either be collected in person or shipped securely to your chosen address. Any delivery costs, including insurance, will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking and are covered by the client.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Should you need to cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable as it reserves your wedding date exclusively.
In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend your wedding and need to cancel, any payments made will be refunded in full. If you wish to reschedule your wedding date, I will do my best to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. If I am unavailable on the rescheduled date, the original deposit will remain non-refundable.
