Original Artwork
Original, non-personalised/commissioned artwork may be returned within 21 days of delivery, provided it is returned in its original condition and suitable for resale.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Commissioned & Personalised Artwork
As commissioned and personalised artwork is created specifically for you, these items cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once work has commenced, unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Print-on-Demand Products
Some prints and products sold through this website are produced to order by my trusted print fulfilment partner, Prodigi.
Each item is manufactured specifically for your order and is therefore considered a made-to-order product.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
Cancellation may be possible before production begins. Once your order has entered production, it cannot usually be cancelled because it is being manufactured specifically for you.
Returns
As these products are made to order, they cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as reasonably possible.
To help resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
Your order number.
A description of the problem.
Clear photographs of the product.
Photographs of the packaging where relevant.
Where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be arranged in accordance with UK consumer law and the policies of my fulfilment partner.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or been dispatched, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply if the parcel cannot be delivered or requires re-shipment.

Processing Your Order
Original Artwork
Original artwork, framed artwork and mounted artwork are carefully prepared and dispatched by me.
Unless otherwise stated, physical artwork is dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders placed after a dispatch day will normally be sent on the next scheduled dispatch day.
Where available, I use tracked next working day delivery services after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
If there is an unexpected delay in dispatching your order, I will contact you as soon as possible.
Print-on-Demand Products
Some prints and products available through my shop are produced by my trusted print fulfilment partner, Prodigi.
These products are made to order and are manufactured after your purchase has been placed. Production and dispatch times vary depending on the product, destination and current production schedules.
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
If your order contains both original artwork and print-on-demand products, they may arrive separately as they are dispatched from different locations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size, weight, destination and type of product ordered.
Framed Artwork
Framed artwork costs more to ship due to:
The additional weight of the frame and glazing.
The specialist protective packaging required.
The limited number of courier services suitable for transporting framed artwork safely.
The cost of appropriate transit insurance.
Mounted and Backed Artwork
Mounted and backed artwork is also dispatched using tracked and insured delivery services to provide additional protection throughout its journey.
Packaging
Every order is packaged with great care using materials appropriate to the artwork being shipped.
Depending on the product, packaging may include:
Protective sleeves.
Acid-free tissue paper.
Backing boards.
Rigid mailers.
Bubble wrap or foam protection where appropriate.
Protective corner guards.
Heavy-duty cardboard packaging designed specifically for artwork.
Print-on-demand products fulfilled by Prodigi are packaged using professional artwork packaging appropriate to the product being shipped.
Please retain all packaging until you have inspected your order, particularly if the parcel appears damaged.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order.
Where available, tracking information will be supplied once your order has been dispatched.
Although every effort is made to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including:
Courier delays.
Adverse weather conditions.
Industrial action.
Customs processing for international orders.
High seasonal demand.
Unexpected production delays for made-to-order products.
I appreciate your patience should these circumstances arise.
Safe Places and Delivery Instructions
If you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour, these arrangements should be made directly with the delivery company using the tracking information provided, where available.
Please note that requesting a safe place or alternative delivery location may affect the courier's liability once delivery has been completed in accordance with your instructions.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as reasonably possible.
To help resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the product.
Photographs of the outer packaging before opening, where possible.
Photographs of the internal packaging if damage has occurred during transit.
Please keep all packaging until the matter has been resolved, as it may be required during the investigation.
For print-on-demand products, these photographs may be required by my fulfilment partner to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Responsibility for Delivery
I remain responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you in accordance with UK consumer law.
If your order is lost, damaged during transit, faulty, or not as described, please contact me and I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Deliveries
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
